The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Code of Economic Procedure of Ukraine regarding Procedural Legal Succession"

The Law amends the Code of Economic Procedure of Ukraine to specify the issues of procedural legal succession to strengthen protection of rights and legitimate interests of the sides of the economic dispute.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 4604.
